Chef Damien began his career with humble beginnings in the UK, followed by several years spent honing his culinary craft in world-renowned resorts and as a private chef in Mauritius. Inspired by where his father's family resides in the capital of Port Louis, the name Caudan Street is a fitting tribute. Now based in Australia, Chef Damien brings his passion for unique and creative cuisine to you with Caudan Street Kitchen.
